Miranda is a character that appears in Season 2 of Dark Matter. She is portrayed by Sara Garcia.
Biography[]
Miranda is free, emotional android who poses as a human with her barcode tag hidden, by the help of an upgrade. She is friends with Victor and Ruac.
In Episode Seventeen, while on Janah-12 station, Miranda started to get worried about Victor and was concerned that he was taking longer then usual to get back to the group. She wanted to leave and was afraid that they'd get found out, however she calmed down what Victor arrived.
When she met The Android and learned of her emotional nature, she wondered if she was flawed, to which the Android thought as well. She revealed to the Android that she is an android also, however she poses as a human. When asked what her proprietors thought of her groups unusual behavior, she happily responded that they had no owners and were Free Beings.
